Pink Baby Car Seat Cover Review

I am so excited!  I will soon be an aunt!  I have been getting gifts and treats together for mommy and soon-to-be baby girl.  We decided to get them a Peg Perego Primo Viaggio Infant carrier as their main gift and when I saw this Bonafide Baby car seat cover I knew it would be the perfect pairing for the main gift.  This car seat cover has an adorable bright but soft pink chevron design on the top side and a super soft plush pink blanket on the underside.  Now that I to protect the cute baby have been looking at baby things and car seats I have noticed how common baby carrier covers are.  There are a lot of varieties of course and this one seems to have the best features of all the ones I have seen out and about.  This cover uses two wide velcro ties to keep the blanket high off of your baby.  I have seen some cute ones that use ties.  Um, who has time to tie on ties when you are juggling a baby and all the bags and the car seat?  Not me, and not my sister-in-law.   Also with two velcro ties there is a lot of air able to circulate.

Our bright summer sun means that a cover needs to block out the rays well enough for your baby to sleep.  Testing this cover outside shows that it can block the sun in the car.  We did notice that some son gets through when carrying it outside, but a good deal of light was still blocked.

The underside though is my favorite part.  It is so super soft that I am almost sad to give away.  At least I know I can visit it often.  This blanket is great and can be used as a receiving blanket in a pinch.




As a bonus gift you also get an oversized padded carabiner.  This will really come in handy to help keep track of the many bags and things that you have to juggle with your baby carrier.  I really think that this Baby Car Seat Cover will come in handy and at a great price!
